This site is dedicated to finding improved: operational methods, function, techniques, and equipment utilization in association with firearms.  The old way is not always the best way, although I tend to drift toward time tested equipment and concepts, there is always room for improvement, and a really good idea comes around every now and then that changes our way of thinking.  I've spent much of my life trying to improve military concepts, and equipment related to light weaponry.  My military background is from the United States Marine Corps. I was a part of the Gulf War conflict in 1991, Operation Iraqi Freedom 2003, and a lot of training in between, but my understanding of firearms came from curiosity.  The quest for an adequate contemporary rifle platform to launch a  bullet  led me to Heckler and Koch products.  I'm not the most enthusiastic about their switch from delayed roller blowback to gas operation, nor to a rotary bolt.  I don't do gas unless I'm forced to (i.e. M-16). I do commend some manufacturers that have attempted to answer the M-16 question with a few innovations like a piston driven gas system, and modular designs that facilitate convenient barrel removal. I also believe a larger caliber than the 5.56 is heading in the right direction (i.e. back to where guns did their job if you did yours), and I can appreciate AK-47 based designs. AK-47 based designs tend to be an emphatic exception, but the HK 90 series of rifles (i.e. HK91, 93, 33, G3, and other family members) are the most potentially effective and robust automatic firearms in the world in my opinion, and so this will be my main point of focus.  This is not to mean that listed techniques are exclusive to HK, but it does mean that accessories, and services are.  I encourage you to study and apply the information on the concepts page as military personnel, police officers, and prepared citizens alike.  You'll be glad you did.

When it comes to accessories, I tend to be pragmatic and utilitarian with aesthetics following close behind.  I really become upset when a manufacturer offers a product without putting it through a vigorous testing phase before offering it to the public. If it doesn't work, then what is the point? If I pay for a product and it doesn't work as advertised, or at all, it usually get slammed against something really hard. I promise that each product, though few they may be, will function as advertised on this site. If not, then I want to hear the story along with how you survived!  I am not a perfectionist, though some may disagree.  If it works, it's good.  If it doesn't, it's bad. I tried to present services and products the best I could with photos. If you don't like the way it looks, then please don't buy it, but it still works!  Note: Photos are of my own personal firearm, and accessories shown are prototypes, but very similar to the product or service offered.

This website is an ongoing project and will be updated periodically to include more products, concepts, and notes as time allows. Semper Fi!
